“Fall In Love” Series: Styling Eloquii Elements Pt. 1

When I discovered Eloquii years ago, I was bittersweet. I was so excited to find a plus size brand that sold trendy, chic items but bitter because I could not afford it at the time. Now that I am blessed to be able to, about 85% of my wardrobe is of this brand. They also have the best sales! Not too long ago, Eloquii partnered with Walmart on an Elements collection focusing on everyday fashion at modest prices. What I love about this line is even though the prices are significantly lower than other pieces on the site, the quality is still there. When I saw the release, I rushed to Walmart.com, where I saw it first and picked up a few things.

This peplum jacket can be worn many ways, but I opted to wear it as a jacket in a casual manner! I went a size up in case I decide to wear it as a shirt and what I love about this outfit is that no only is it comfortable and warm, it is easy to chase my one year old!

Even though the next two tops are long sleeved, they are so comfy. Florals have always been my thing since I was a young teenager. You can get the floral top here.

Who doesn’t love animal print? Even though I’m wearing this leopard top in a casual manner, it is still versatile and can be worn dressy, not to mention animal prints are neutral

Check out their entire collection at Eloquii.com or you can even visit Walmart’s site here.

Stay tuned for part 2!

Springing Into Neutrals

Spring is coming and I can’t wait until the season is in full bloom. I’m ready for the florals, daylight savings, picnic dates, and beautiful skies! Not to mention, my wedding! Although it is still chilly here in Charlotte, I thought I’d play with some brighter colors today as a prelude to the spring.

I don’t know what I should talk about first; this skirt, or this beautiful bag. Or my hair!! We’ll talk about hair later. But let’s talk about this handbag. I’m obsessed with the handbags from the designer, Chloe. I absolutely love the “Pixi” handbag. Sometimes, we’re not able to indulge in the finer things and so many brands are putting out their designer inspired looks and I saw this dupe in CatoFashions and immediately picked it up. Let me tell you, this is a nice quality, well-made bag. It’s well structured and sturdy and gorgeous.

Now look at the Chloe Pixi Bag:

Similar, right? I love it. But the winner of today is this beautiful skirt that I snagged from Eloquii. For me, finding a feather skirt that matched my budget and size was difficult until I saw that this skirt was on sale. Unfortunately it sold out, but Eloquii always has unique skirts like this. I have so many ideas to style this skirt, so you’ll be seeing it again.

This skirt can be dressed up or down, with heels, sandals, or flats. The only downfall is the top rolls down when you sit, however the waistband is elastic, so very comfy!

I forgot to mention! This beautiful handbag here, and they also come in pastel pink and purple!
