When the seasons change, so does your wardrobe. Once summer ends, it’s time to put away the shorts, summer dresss and rompers. I never thought  twice to transition my summer wardrobe into fall. What crazy person would wear shorts in cooler weather? Pssshh, not this kid. That was my mindset when I was younger. Boy, was I the crazy one! Fashion and style is an ongoing journey and a constant change. I love trying new looks and seeing what looks good on me and what doesn’t look good on me.

I wanted to experiment with this floral romper from Forever 21 to see what I can put together to make it, say…..fall festive. Sometimes a romper can be a hit or miss on a plus size figure depending on the cut and style. I like my rompers to be comfortable and I don’t like it to be so tight that its unflattering in the leg area. Thankfully this romper was a hit and was $24.90!

 

I paired the romper with black tights and a long black cardigan and kept it comfy with my trusty black flats. The tights gave it a modest yet sexy look and the look was completed with a black wide brim hat.This outfit is for that person who wants to try color but may still be hesitant about going out their comfort zone.  I suggest with starting with one bright piece and work your way from there.I’m in love with this look and I’m definitely excited to show my summer to fall transition looks.
